TIME FOR TAIWAN!

It all begins with an idea.

A Window is Open…

We believe God has opened a window of opportunity for Taiwan in this season.

Across the island, something is stirring. There is a sense that God is drawing the nations to Taiwan and positioning His people for what He is about to do. While there are always seasons of preparation in the Kingdom, this moment feels different.

This is a proactive season.

A “strike while the iron is hot” season.

The Lord has been reminding us of the moment in Scripture when Israel crossed the Jordan River. In Joshua’s day, the river was overflowing its banks. Yet when the priests stepped into the water carrying the Ark of the Covenant, the waters were held back and the people of God were able to cross.

For a time, God held the river back.

We sense something similar happening now. It feels like the waves of the Jordan are being held back for a moment, creating a window for the gospel to advance. In this hour, God is calling modern-day Levites—those willing to carry His presence—to step into the river through prayer, worship, obedience, and bold faith.

Here in Taiwan, we believe God is sending people to stand in that river.

Contending for Revival in Taiwan

At our base with Youth With A Mission in Linkou, just outside of Taipei, we are continuing to contend for this moment through:

  • Prayer

  • Worship

  • Intercession

  • Evangelism

Every week we are going into the streets to share the gospel with those who have never heard it. Taiwan is spiritually hungry, and many people here are encountering the love of Jesus for the very first time.

At the same time, we are working alongside local churches across the island to help prepare believers for revival. Through discipleship training, encouragement, and partnership, we are helping mobilize the body of Christ to be ready for what God wants to pour out in this nation.

A Time to Respond

We truly believe Taiwan is in a significant moment in its spiritual history. What God is doing here is not only for Taiwan—it is for the nations.

As believers step forward in obedience, we are seeing God move in powerful ways.

Thank you for standing with us in prayer and support as we continue this mission.

We pray these photos and testimonies from the field will encourage your faith and bless you deeply.

What Happens When You Say YES to God?

When you say YES to God, you never know where that yes will take you — but you can be sure it will take you deeper into His presence, His purpose, and His faithfulness.

Thirty days ago, Linda and I stepped off a plane in Taipei with two suitcases, prophetic words burning in our hearts, and a quiet confidence that God was leading us into a completely new season. We left our business life in Los Angeles, stepped away from everything comfortable, and moved into full-time missions with YWAM Taiwan.

Our First 40 Days in Taiwan

Thirty days ago, Linda and I stepped off a plane in Taipei with two suitcases, prophetic words burning in our hearts, and a quiet confidence that God was leading us into a completely new season. We left our business life in Los Angeles, stepped away from everything comfortable, and moved into full-time missions with YWAM Taiwan.

We thought we were “transitioning.”

God had something else in mind.

He threw us straight into the frontlines.

Two weeks after arriving, we joined an 8-day evangelistic sprint across all 17 counties on the mainland of Taiwan — and what we saw was nothing short of miraculous:

  • 8 people made Jesus Lord of their life

  • 3 people were healed

  • Countless hearts were touched by the Gospel of the Kingdom

  • And we were changed

This is the story of our first 30 days — and what happens when you truly say YES to God.

The Assignment: The 8-Day Evangelism Sprint

➤ All 17 counties
➤ Daily miracles
➤ Salvations & healings
➤ Being changed by the people
➤ What God spoke during the journey

After only 2 weeks in Taiwan, we boarded a van with a small team of wild, obedient evangelists and drove through every single county on the island. What we witnessed humbled us. People hungry for hope. Hearts softened. The Gospel meeting people in their pain. Every prayer, every conversation, every open door reminded us: we didn’t come here to work — we came here to witness God move.

The Call: “Why Taiwan? Why Now?”

We didn’t choose Taiwan — Taiwan chose us. In January 2024, the Lord spoke clearly: “Taiwan is a signpost.” At the time, we didn’t understand it. Over the months that followed, prophetic dreams, words from leaders, and divine confirmations all pointed in the same direction. God wasn’t just asking us to visit Taiwan. He was asking us to build our lives here.

Leaving LA & Laying Everything Down

Leaving Los Angeles meant leaving comfort, stability, and the life we had spent years building. But it also meant stepping into something bigger than ourselves. We weren’t just moving; we were surrendering. Laying down business, routine, and predictability — and stepping into a story God was writing.

Landing in Taipei felt like stepping into the unknown — but also stepping into grace. Our first days were filled with wonder, confusion, joy, and a deep sense of “This is where we’re supposed to be.” We jumped into language learning, found our rhythm in Linkou, and immediately felt the love of the YWAM base family.

The Mission: What We’re Doing Now in Taiwan

➤ University outreach
➤ Homeless ministry
➤ Beauty/nail outreach events
➤ Evangelism in the park
➤ Local church partnerships
➤ Learning the culture / language

Now that the sprint is over, we’ve stepped into the ongoing rhythms of mission life. We serve at a homeless center, host friendship evangelism in the park, run nail-beauty outreach events, and help lead university gatherings in Linkou. Our heart is simple: love people well, preach the Gospel clearly, and build relationships that reveal Jesus.

The Vision: Where GraceWave Is Heading

➤ Prophetic vision for Taiwan
➤ Plans for worship nights, trainings, discipleship
➤ Marketplace + missions merge
➤ Media evangelism (Gracewave TV)

Gracewave exists to equip people, gather them, and lead them into encounters with the grace of Jesus. Taiwan is not an accident — it’s an assignment. We believe a wave of grace is coming to this nation, and God is preparing a generation to carry His presence into universities, businesses, neighborhoods, and nations.

The Invitation: Join the Journey

➤ Prayer
➤ Monthly support
➤ Partnership
➤ Staying connected

We can’t do this alone. Missions has always been a partnership — some go, some send, and all share in the harvest. If God stirs your heart as you read this, we invite you to pray, partner, and walk with us as we serve Taiwan in this new season.
